Fun Mixture of Short Stories
I absolutely enjoyed reading Ted’s Tales! This book has a diverse collection of short stories that are packed with suspense, drama, and adventure. They are well-crafted, easy-to-read stories that anyone can enjoy. As a writer, I am impressed by Delgrosso’s talent and ability to give a range of stories in varying genres and formats. I found myself eagerly anticipating the next story, wondering which literary technique, setting, or character Delgrosso would play with next. If you like reading a wide variety of genres, you’ll enjoy this book. I was not expecting to enjoy this book as much, because I hadn’t heard of the author before. But it was difficult for me to put this book down because each story has an unexpected ending. Some make you laugh, while others leave you wondering. Some of my favorite stories are “The Trick,” “A Letter to the Professor,” and “Master/Pet.” I really enjoyed Delgrosso’s use of irony and humor, as well as themes of survival, adventure, and man-vs-nature. The stories come alive with Delgrosso’s descriptive writing. If you’re looking for interesting short stories to read, you should check this book out.
